Every trade is placed by phone

Pygmy does not process trades online. A trader takes your order directly, confirms the item and the grade, and settles by cash or credit over the phone.

Trading desk hours · Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm MT

1. Step 1
   Call the desk

   Dial 307-920-2121 and tell the trader what you're buying or selling.

2. Step 2
   Quote the item ID

   Every listing shows an eight-character item ID. Read it out so we pull up the exact piece and grade.

3. Step 3
   Settle cash or credit

   Pay by card over the phone, or arrange cash settlement. Pricing is locked at the time of the call.

4. Step 4
   Insured shipping

   We ship tracked and insured over $200, or arrange local pickup.
